Check this out, get paid for your layouts!
I found this by accident and wow..
This guy has ya post your layouts and you get a cut from the google adsence
quote:
Hello and welcome to www.layouts-money.com.
This site have beed designed with a simple idea in head:
Allow anybody, like you and me to make money with
their myspace hand crafted layouts.
To achieve this, all you will need, appart from registering to
layouts-money.com, is to apply to a free Google adsense account.
Then, you'll be able to insert your adsense code in this site,
and start earning ads revenue from your layouts.
Give away your channel or layouts url to as many people you want,
as 30% of the advertising revenues this site will generate will
go right into the users accounts.
check it out and let me know if this can be done..Thanks
"How ?", do you ask? With a simple element: advertising !
Google adsense advertising, I should say.
As anybody can apply to a google adsense account, anybody can place his/her ads on any site.
My idea was to allow YOU to use YOUR adsense code to do this, in this site.
All you need is an valid adsense account to start earning something from your hand crafted layouts.
Then, for each person viewing your layouts, you will get 30% of the ads revenues generated on your pages.
That's right, 30%!

Pretty good idea on the owner's part. Have the community make all his content for him.

Sign up and lose your Adsense account when all of the click-monkeys start trying to boost their adsense 'earnings', Google detects the pattern of click-fraud and wipes out every account connected with the site.
Not advisable.

There's quite a few myspace resource sites that do that, run on all user-submitted content.

There's quite a few myspace resource sites that do that, run on all user-submitted content.Actually a lot of the ones I have seen do that have it just so they can use it as an excuse to steal other sites layouts. Then if they get called out for it they just say "oh, I didn't realize since they are all user submitted". myspacegeeks.com is one that does that.

Yeah I agree Scilynt, there's a lot of that going on too.
I wanna make one of my sites into a user submitted site eventually, sort of a social resource site...more of a community then anything. Kinda like createblog, but a bit more feature rich.

I just got updated and heres some new info..
Oh i gues if i get paid for submitting my layout ,in wich i have i dont care if they resell them,lol..because my layouts are branded..
Is this allowed by Google?
YES, IT IS ALLOWED BY GOOGLE.
This really has to be written in BOLD FONT & UPPERCASE CHARACTERS on the front page because several AdSense Publishers came here, didn’t sign up, didn’t read much of the help pages and later asked on forums if it is allowed by Google to put one’s AdSense Publisher ID on another webmaster’s pages and if they should be afraid of losing their account because of a violation of AdSense’s ad placement policies. The answers on the forums are not always the best advice you can get: at the end of the day it’s Google who decides what is and what isn’t allowed.
The answer is YES YOU CAN JOIN US, you don’t believe it? Why don’t you just ask Google about Senserely.com? You will have a positive answer within hours, it is always better to check directly with Google when you are unsure about something.
Peace.
Thierry.

This is so risky, what if this guy start to spam or violate google terms... yes you will be banned!
Control your own content and adsense code, this will make you more money with less risk.

Yeah, I wouldnt take the chance on doing it. Even though your layouts may be branded how hard is it to take the branded thing off? Not that hard, it may take all of 1 minute. I say keep your adsense code to yourself it only takes a couple clicks to get your google adsense account suspended...

ok.ok.. i can understand..I know this guy..ok hes not like that.. ya hes a programmer but hes not that type of guy..
well anyway you can still post your stuff there without having to upload your adsence #.. its a nice way also to get your layout noticed..
a couple of them have been viewed 250-350 times in the last 3 weeks and that says more hits for me...
we have went from 120 visits a day now to 400-750 in the last month.. so I'm happy with my decision...and i suppose i'll get more..
well laterz all!
