Argh ive had the exact same problem. i just havent managed to find the time to get out there and get things done, let alone decide what i want to get for people. :oops:

was thinking about getting it all done over the internet but it seems a bit late now and i dont know if things would get here in time.

think im just gonna have to bite the bullet and go out today and fight my way through the christmas rush.

We finished our shopping a month ago. :)

in the past years though we would be shopping at the last minute but got tired of the stress that comes with that so we just took care of it early.
