I saw some VPS package but the bandwidth is too small.

most VPS providers don't give you much bandwidth. most of the ones i've seen give you from 150gb - 500gb but you make up for it with more cpu/memory resources. find a good VPS host and get yourself a PhotoBucket Pro account for $25 a year.
