I didn't need motivation because I'm crazily addicted to what I do (it's almost unhealthy), but that's very good and can be applied.

Semi-off-topic - I am sure the guy he is talking to (his son?) is from 'Heroes'. A show everyone should watch, it's much better than Lost, which has turned into a pile of shhh... since season 3 (so far). Seriously Heroes = amazing.

Another quite good quote I heard today was 'Fail to prepare, prepare to fail'. Now I don't know who said it originally... but Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) from the Spice Girls was the one who indirectly passed on thess words to me, what wisdom she has... but yeh, it's a good quote.
