Div Overlays

I want to make some div layouts but I don't know how to code them. How does coding them work? Any tutorials on coding them?

Theyre just absolute divs and HTML :/ If you know HTML you can code an overlay

Yea, if you code your site layouts with divs its the same thing basically :)
