I wrote a support for some pre sales question:
Thank you for the reply. I'm just curious since you work on (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm CST) I'll need to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get a reply. And my time is GMT. One more thing, is it possible to cancel anytime and is there any cash back guarantee?

You can cancel at anytime by submitting a ticket in VIP. It usually takes up to 10 days to cancel an account. However, you do have a 60 money-back guarantee when you sign up.
