I wrote a support for some pre sales question:

Thank you for the reply. I'm just curious since you work on (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm CST) I'll need to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get a reply. And my time is GMT. One more thing, is it possible to cancel anytime and is there any cash back guarantee?

I was asking them if they work on Mon-Fri how do I contact them if I need urgent help during weekend. :?

Most hosting companies won't reply in the weekend.
Read their FAQ, I'm sure you'll find the info you're looking for there :)

Big companies like HostGator.com have 24/7 365 LIVE support. You can instant message them whenever you want. They're awesome

Less big companies don't have people working in the weekend.. I had that with a few hosts.

Your first question isn't even clear..

You never asked them anything, No question mark.

As for your 2nd question, yes they answered it.

Yeah if you put a question mark on the end of your first question you asked im certain they would of answered it :)

It looks like they answered since you asked about canceling and if they have a cash back guarantee.
