MP3 player with Custom Playlist

I'm considering making a MP3 player with a 10song custom playlist and was wondering if it would be worth my time. Are users going for something like that or do they just put the code for a single song in their profile.

Just asking before I spend a day coding something that isn't useful or more importantly doesn't bring in revenue.

Most of the users I've seen with an MP3 player on their MySpace have a pretty good number of songs uploaded. I'd be interested in buying the MP3 player by the way ;)

They would be interested. There's a few, but a lot of people have them. So I'm sure people would use it just for a change.

well on my website mp3 player gen is the most popular out of all.

I save all their playlists and they can come back edit their songs later on so i guess they come back more often b/c of that. :)

I think I've seen your site, and even used it for my profile. The way it worked was that it searched the internet for mp3s and put them in the playlist.

A couple of the sites I've seen use fileden or other free file hosting sites. I think I'll add this to my development list.

I've been meaning to add a worthwhile player to my site, so as long as it has better feature than the ones in the the turnkeys, I'd be in.

I would like to see a place to make players that is user friendly. As an artist I am not very tech oriented, and many of the sites I have tried are confusing or require hosting songs one place then using another site to make the player. I finally found a place to make players that I understand but my thought would be if you could both host and make the players and explain it easily..it would go over great!
