Layout Needed! Win ALL of my packs ever sold!

The Contest is: for a site Layout (layout banner, background, header & footer files, and css)
The Winner will receive: all my packs ever sold

Contest starts: right now
Contest ends: no time frame; whenever I see the layout I want this will end

Details:
www.Jazzy-Jazz.net is coming up on it's One Year Anniversary in February.

I am looking for something with (preferably) hearts, asteriks, and stars.
I really like the look of multi-patterns, grunge, but really girly, &
I was going towards reds and purples. Because of it being Valentine's that month.
But I am open to any design in any colors;
with a White bg, black bg, gray, multicolored, whatever.

You WILL have to incorporate the "One Year Anniversary" of Jazzy-Jazz.net on there.

I prefer 3 colums this month, but depending, 2 might be ok.
I would need an updates section mandatory!
You would also need to leave space at the top of the layout for a 768x15 ad.
And a spot somewhere above where the index would be, for 468x60 ad.

Although, you DO NOT have to go by those guidlines, I would like you to.

Yes, I prefer certain things, but when it comes down to it, I could tweek things myself in the end before it goes up. So really, you can turn in anything. Anything that you would make for yourself that would be amazing!

The reason I am doing this contest is because I have my own designs, my own style, Im trying to step out of that for a month, I want something different!

heya do you want any specific size? and two or three columns?

I use 1280 x1024 screen resolution so I want it to be fairly big.
But not SO big that other screens have to scroll around to see the entire thing.
Something to fit 1024x768 would be nice. I dunno.

I prefer 3 columns this layout.

Im sorry a past layout from someone's site probably wouldnt be what Im lookig for.

Since I am looking for specific things, like my site name, hearts, asteriks, one year anniversary, etc.

Put "Jazzy-Jazz" and then .net underneath it.

And then where it says ""welcome to ur number 1 graphics resource" write "Celebrating the One Year Anniversary!"

And then take out the words that say "link exchange, themese, and stats" cuz I would prob put something different there.
