So I think I want to get gregs script. But is adsense or ypn doing better? I'd have to apply for both programs again for this site. How much are you guys making a day with myspace traffic?

Somehow since you made the first myspace resource help site you think you been on the net for decades haha. And what myspace started in 2003? Now im waiting for a reply like "i first went online in 1966 i used bbs or whatever and my 1200 baud modem was fast for its day!" really man...

What upsets me more is you give false info out like this. While its true ypn is dropping some myspace resource sites i could go on google right now and find at least a hundred myspace resource sites who have ypn.

Trust me I have people all over the business world who know plenty of this, Just because there are sites, doesnt mean its allowed. People can buy the yahoo licenses from others for a few thousand bucks, I know plenty of people that did that for their myspace sites, and have been deleted.

ypn has never come out and said they do not allow myspace sites as far as I know. Granted some sites have been banned mostly for poor conversions on clicks, having images next to ads that draw attention to the ads, targeting high paying ads as in mortgages, creditcards when most of the clickers can not or will have any use for these products as they are mostly teens and young adults. myspacesupport which is probably the oldest andd most successful of these site was banned for poor quality traffic but I know some whales comparable to myspacesupport.com that are running ypn ads with no problems what so ever.

use one for a week and change or whatever.

u will have the answere in that experiment and then continue with the one you want.

you should also mix contextual advertising with cpa offers. mix & match and see what works best for you.

pm me if you want a good cpa network that allows myspace advertising and has fresh databases for email / zip offers. in case you dont know what that means - you get paid when your visitor enters an email or zip code only, no other action is required.

YPN does allow myspace sites I have asked them about it and their reply was "We accept quality websites of any non adult theme that delivers primarily U.S based traffic for our customers including Myspace related websites".

The Myspace sites they have problems with is those that deliver a substantial amount of non U.S traffic or low quality traffic from spamming the Myspace bulletins as these visitors are usually just curious and therefore have a low conversion rate for the advertisers.

MSR sites that get most of there traffic from search engines seem to be fine as those visitors are specifically looking for stuff that MSR sites offer and tend to convert better for the advertiser.

You can put yahoo ads on any site but you do have a higer risk of account termination with myspace sites. Go to digitalpoitn forums and you will see.

If you use YPN on a myspace site just monitor where your sites traffic is coming from with extreme stats or Google analytics if the traffic looks like its going over 10% non U.S you might want to switch to adsense or use geo targeting script to serve YPN to U.S visitors and Adsense to your non U.S visitors. And dont use spam methods for traffic.

They terminate you not for international clicks but crap traffic that donest convert for advertisers. Teens without creditcards and disposable income can't buy stuff.

To much international traffic will get you banned because YPN does not accept international traffic so if you have a site that is using YPN and you are sending 40% international traffic that YPN does not accept that is no different than sending crap traffic.

That depends on how much traffic you site gets. If you are trying to rank a site you wont want to give more than probably ten outgoing one way links and if you have a lower traffic site that may only get you $50 a month but with the same traffic you might be about to generate $100 a month with PPC ads.
