send html in myspace message

I want to send a message through MySpace email that contains html to a user of my site, how do I send this without the html kicking in so he can see the html code?

replace the < > with their code versions so it only looks like html

or, Just said it as html, then have them click "REPLY" to get the code :] That's what I do.
