new header- opinions please?

I made that today and I was wondering if I should use it as my layout?

I am probably gonna add more to the layout like text saying menu and links or summin....

looks good but i would switch the colors with the text and the hearts around. so the text is the one that is brighter and stands out more.

Cute but maybe make the text a little bigger?
its a pretty big header of that small text i think.

I really like this, the only thing I have to say is that the text doesn't go with it, I think the white border is too bright for that background, may be trying to use a darker text border and a brighter color for the text itself would work :)
