Lets say you are running a site for someone and that site is fairly new. where would you buy links. i allready did link exchanges and was planing to buy links... where should i start.. www.myspacesupport.com or what im clue less!!! any help is aperciated!

Yea my budget is around 200-400. the site has no pr so i havent decided which one is better. the site is very well seo'ed but i have little backlinks i did link exchanges but more i guess would be good! Or should i get a link on a high traffic myspace site and wait for the traffic to role in??!

a link at freeweblayouts.net would do you wonders..but without an enormous budget thats not going to happen.
myspacesupport would be a nice start though.
