Seems my profile has been limited because I ask for new friends but they aren't showing up as pending requests.
When this happens does it get fixed after some time, or does it stay like that forever?

The account usually stays limited forever. I have had accounts that have remained limited for months and still limited.

Dammit.
Good thing that I still get hundreds of requests, but I won't be able to do them on my side.

fryman: If you don't mind me asking, how many friends were you requesting/accepting daily using this profile?

Probly would depend on the ID range and sub 500 requests per day and also time zone for myspace.

About 400-450... problem is that it seems that comments also count for your total, and since every day I post about 100 comments for my friends birthdays I guess that is what caused this
Sucks, but at least the profile is still live and I am still getting requests like always

Bad luck. Good to still be live though.
Just lost one of mine. Think I did a double AR within the 24hrs by mistake, bugger!

I've been seeing TONs of deleted accounts messages in my inbox lately. So either they have some automated system that got smarter about picking out spammer accounts and deleting them right away or people seeing accounts being deleted are more active about reporting spam which causes more to get deleted.
Seems the best solution is to not do anything with accounts you want to keep and try to use throwaway accounts to request freinds, send messages and send bulletins. Maybe even best if used with a proxy.
They seem to be cracking down pretty hard now.

I've been seeing lots of ringtone spammers lately in bulletins. Many just using their direct affil links lol. Surprised the networks aren't picking up the incoming links and banning for it. Or maybe they are just waiting until the end of the month before a ban and denial of payment lol.

I think a lot of those accounts have been deleted for promoting porn.....I see very few bulletins promoting porn this week yet before that every second bulletin was doing it.
But yeah ..... now ringtones are being promoted very heavily.
I don't think anyone cares about what what you do so long as porn is not involved.
I just saw a post on mychanger where a guy who hosts phishing sites said that MySpace asks him to take the sites down when they find them but they don't hassle if the doesn't .... he just receives an email from MySpace once and thats it.
It's like they are doing their job by asking for the site to removed then they move on.
