Hey guys,

Was wondering - approximately how many uniques and page views do the biggest myspace resource sites get? This could also be reframed as - the most popular myspace sites with their traffic.

Can all of you post the names and stats if you have any idea? Will be a fruitful discussion.

The big MySpace sites fascinate me, as I am trying to build mine up big just like theirs. I like to 'monitor' them and see what they're up to and their stats. Personally I find all other sites stats very interesting, and after content, a stats tracker is the next thing I look for when I surf onto a MySpace site I haven't been on before.

freeweblayouts: http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=freewel
myspacesupport: http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=cnadrew
hot-lyts: http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=checuh
skize: http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=skize1

There are a few others with extreme trackers that have over 50,000+ uniques, but I can't be bothered to list them all this second.

The key factor is RANKING

you got to rank in the top 5 atleast for a valuable term like

"myspae layouts" or "myspace codes" ect to get all that traffic

This is very hard to do and requires advanced SEO, a lot of money, patience, and luck.

The key factor to what? Because the topic is asking for page stats from the top sites, not how to be a success.

I really do think you are a bot Ted Hat. With all your odd replies that don't continue conversation, just state things.

Maybe you need to be re-tuned a little because the keywords Ted-Bot scanned in this topic haven't matched up with your reply, you have been coded poorly.

Myspace support doesn't seem to be getting even 70k visitors per day. I thought it would be tons more than that.

And the weird part is thet in his advertising plage he claims to be getting "consistent 150,000 - 250,000 uniques per day"

Extremetracking requires java and some computers have it disabled. But that still isn't enough. 60K vs 150K is a pretty big difference. If you include all visitors including those without java the number may be around 65K.

Asside from that, what Andrew has done is simply amazing though. He created a site whihc is less than 2 years old and it now has tens of thousands of visitors a day. Big companies spend millions to get that kind of exposue to thier sites.

Some computers... uh... like 0.01%?

Really, who would browse around with java disabled? It would such a tiny minority that it is not even worth considering.

This site is quite special... lots of hype around it but now I see it isn't as popular as I thought. And almost all the referrers are for "myspace layouts".

Would be cool to get hold of the stats of bigoo... that monster ranks for loads of excellent terms

You make more money than me, though I have only just started I can assure you site is far more impressive than anything you've ever attempted.

But back to my point - you make more money than me, yet it hasn't given you the ability to have decent conversations, it hasn't made people think you are any less of an idiot. It hasn't given you a decent life... you spend your days on this forum, if I made that much money without any work (all automated) I'd be living life, not stuck on here.

If you really have all this easy money, it has failed to improve your life or impress anyone. Which is an overall fail.

Oh, that's presuming you do make "$xxxxxxx" a day, most people don't shout about things like that... most often you'll find it's when people don't have something that they shout loud about it...

Now back on topic:

I agree Andrew's site is really good in what it has achieved for him and his life and within the 'business'. I also agree with fryman, I was rather surprised at the stats.

Doobix is big too, http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=doobix. I don't know if anyones heard of Blink You http://blinkyou.com/, but by the look of their users online stats they're becoming huge, and it's a really new site, the owners of Blink You own Dave's Daily and a few other sites so I'm sure they've driven some great traffic just from their other sites.

One of the glitter-graphic's owners has a phd in electrical engineering, he is a really good coder :P That site has some great features.

Such as? I looked and couldn't see any?

I have never heard of whateverlife, it reminds me of hot-lyts.com.

HotFreeLayouts, if that site is really popular there is hope for us all.

lol. Whatever search I make in google, myspace related or not, hotfreelayouts.com is there somewhere.

It is a very ugly site, but the sheer size of the thing drags traffic like a black hole.

well they receive enough to be an adsense premium publisher...

fryman

They aren't

EHamilton
November 1st, 2006, 10:42 PM
Eh, if freeweblayouts isn't an adsense premium publisher then I don't see how myspacesupport could possibly become one either. You can't even compare their stats...

fryman
November 1st, 2006, 10:45 PM
And I really doubt that adsense would want a myspace site, which get one cent clicks, as a premium publisher

i just disabled css on bigoo.ws and found this. granted, adbrite stats aren't the most accurate but its a good gauge.

http://site.www.adbrite.com/mb/commerce/purchase_form.php?opid=113615&afsid=1

100k uniques
1800000 pageviews

...that amount of pageviews qualifies for premium adsense

idzone
November 2nd, 2006, 03:49 AM
18 p/v is more than average. in fact 12 or 13 p/v would be very good. So i have some doubts about the stats.

MySpaceSupport has boosted traffic now, yesterday it got 133,031 uniques. So maybe the counter wasn't installed on all pages or something odd as it is getting closer to the amount we all expected it to receive. Impressive.

signup and look around on glitter-graphics, the site is really interactive.. it's like a mini myspace within a resource site.

I think whatever life came first.. it's sad when 16 year old girls get so much traffic.

I know this is an old post, and I usually hate it when people bring old stuff up- but I'm from whateverlife (I just turned 16 last June)- and why is it sad? Lol, things start for fun- and then they turn into fads. It's been a great ride though- glad to be here guys.

Agreed I was surprised at the original stats for them. I havn't been on that site in a while but I think they run YPN not adsense.

Think they were 'kicked' off a few months back and now run Adsense, although the other day I'm sure they were running another contextual ad companies ads, I can't remember which though.
