How to know if an myspace id is banned or restricted?

One or 2 IDs I own, have a 100 odd friend requests in the pending requests section. And the number of friends has been steady since a couple of days now.

I am able to comment and message from these 2 accounts.
Can some1 guide?

You are banned if ou simply cant login

You are restricted if your pending freind request doesn't update despite sending requests
