I'm a bit lost as to when you should edit your title, and meta tags for best seo results.
I know meta and title contribute alot to your rankings
though on some of my content I might get a hit from 'russian myspace graphics' and the only time i've ever mentioned 'russian' was in a wordpress blog.
so when i add something new like a scrollbar generator shall I just leave it in the content, or update it to the metas etc?
If no meta or title update is required, then what do i put in my metas and title tag - just generic stuff like myspace generators and my top (favourite) generator eg. nameblock generator?

Just set your Title and Meta the way you want it then pretty much leave it alone, spend more time building links and adding new content to your site.

Is this wordpress blog related to your myspace resource site? For your blog you can use this wordpress seo plugin. (http://www.cheekyo.com/ultimate-seo-plugin-wordpress) The title contributes a lot more to your ranking than the meta-tags. According to Aaron Wall, "The Meta tag is not important: It is not used by most search engines since it is highly susceptible to spam and users never see it."
* It should consist of a couple of the main keywords used to describe that page.
* Former Yahoo! Search engineer Jon Glick stated that the meta keywords tag is used for inclusion within a subset of search results, and has no effect on relevancy.
If you're concerned about your on-page seo, go to domain tools.com (http://whois.domaintools.com/dragonrust.org), and after you put in your url, go to the seo text browser tool and it will analyze your site and give you tips as to how you can improve your on-page seo.
If Dragontrust.org is the site in question, here are the problems with it:
Not all images on page have width & height dimensions: Make sure all img tags have height & width attributes.
Title relevancy is less than 100%: The terms used in the page title should be found somewhere on the page.
Page contains more outbound links than internal links: Try to make most links point towards your own domain.
Link URLs contain querystrings: Rewrite links to work without using querystrings.
The page contains more than 10 meta keywords: Reduce the number keywords and make them accurate.
Page contains iframes: Iframe content is usually invisible to crawlers, so avoid using them.

Thanks for all the advise guys,
the wordpress plugin looks interesting, I'll have a lookat it later.
Does the words in title count as being on the page if they're in the 'title' attribute of <a> tags?
